Acting and re-acting on a series of non-representational pieces invoking joy and beauty.
As in life, we begin with a blank canvas , making a start , with faith that we will create pieces that expresses our joy in the creative process and our search for beauty.
The initial marks are analogous to the first tentative steps on the path of life .The subsequent responses , turn on turn between us , are re-actions to the accumulation of our previous work on the canvas . There is no road map , no plan , only faith in the amassed skills of our artistic practices.
Each work becomes a metaphor for our lives , our relationship and our approach to life . In these dual narratives we are not able to choose the circumstances each new day or each new canvas will bring .We simply do the best we can , having faith in a successful outcome .This is how we paint as LFx2.
We each strive to enhance the canvas , having trust in the the skills and visions of one Another , we reach a destination in which we both find joy and beauty in the pieces we create together.
